Alicia holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology from Grace College. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service in diverse settings. She has worked as an Advisor in an adolescent inpatient unit, as a home school liaison in a high school, as the Analysis Coordinator for a Bankruptcy Trustee and has spent several years in the Commercial Insurance Industry working with construction clients in Risk Transfer. Within these roles, she has provided excellent customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet her client’s expectations. She is organized, pays attention to detail and loves to take on new tasks. Her education and interpersonal skills give her an ability to communicate well and problem-solve.
