Integrity, aptitude and tenacity are some of the core characteristics that define Daneen, more personally known as “Day.” As a first-generation college graduate who blends small-town charm and kindness with global experience, Day brings a unique perspective to her work.

With an Associate of Arts in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, over 10 years of customer service experience, and a prior work history with the U.S. Armed Forces, Day brings a robust and diverse skill set to NAK. Her varied background equips her to handle a wide range of tasks with precision and professionalism.

Striving for excellence in all she does, Day is detail oriented, well organized, and possesses a natural talent for troubleshooting. Touted for her communication skills and ability to effectively cross-coordinate, she is passionate about meeting the needs of clients. Her expertise spans administration, daily operations, scheduling, billing and accounts receivable, QuickBooks, data entry, account management, newsletters, and client interfacing, among other skills.

Outside of work, you can find Day soaking up quality time with her husband and two children, and serving her local church. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor sports such as hunting, fishing, and hiking. Day also has an uncanny love for cleaning, saying, “There’s something so satisfying about a freshly cleaned and organized space and knowing others benefit from your hard work.
